The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the original plant, the original 3-storey supporting dormitory and the original office building. The total plant building area is 13000 square meters, the building height is 23.35 meters, the dormitory building area is 2700 square meters, the building height is 17.85 meters, and the whole plant covers an area of about 15000 square meters.
